The Whole Beef Share is ideal for large families and is the most economical way to fill your freezer. Approximately 420-450 pounds of quality beef to feed your family and friends throughout the year. We will walk you through how to custom cut and wrap the beef to meet your needs. Guaranteed liver, heart, & tongue for those that are interested. Price listed is a high approximate.  Final cost will be based on hanging weight.  $4.40/lb plus $1.10/lb for cut and wrap.  

Our 1/2 beef share is really the way to go for a family of 4 if you're wanting to stock your freezer for the year. Approximately 200-240 pounds of meat cut up just the way you want it. Guaranteed liver, heart and tongue if interested. Price listed is a high approximate.  Final cost will be based on hanging weight.  $4.90/lb plus $1.10/lb for cut and wrap.  

Our quarter beef share is exactly 1/4 of the whole beef so you get a little bit of everything. Approximately 100-110lbs of meat. Perfect for 1-2 people or for families who aren't quite committed to the slogan "Beef, it's what's for dinner!"
